The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reasons in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected. Prices effective October 1, 2020 Subject to change without notice. 

Funeral Service including a one hour visitation at a single location same day at our funeral home or at another facility.                                                                     

Includes basic professional services of funeral director and staff, initial transfer of deceased within a 25 mile radius to funeral home, embalming, other preparation of the body, use of facilities for same day viewing and services at our or other facility, hearse and service vehicle. Add merchandise (casket, vault, memorial folder, etc.) services (visitation night prior), cash advances (cemetery, clergy, flowers, musicians, death certificates, etc.)

Body present for the Visitation/Service prior to cremation. Visitation/Service one day either at our funeral home or other location with assistance of funeral staff. Includes basic professional services of funeral director and staff, initial transfer of deceased within a 25 mile radius to funeral home, embalming, other preparation of body, use of facilities for same day viewing and services at our or other facility, service vehicle, crematory fee, and choice of any urn from our inventory.                                     

Add merchandise (cremation casket, urn vault, memorial folders, etc.) services (visitation night prior) cash advances (cemetery, clergy, flowers, musicians, death certificates, etc)  

The cremation is done prior to any services and there is not a public viewing. Service/Gathering one day either at our funeral home or other facility with full assistance of funeral staff.  Includes basic professional services of funeral director and staff; initial transfer of deceased within a 50-mile radius of funeral home, use of facilities for same day gathering and services at our or other facility, service vehicle, crematory fee, and choice of any urn from our inventory. Add merchandise (urn vault, memorial folders, etc.) services (visitation night prior) cash advances (cemetery, clergy, flowers, musicians, death certificates, etc)

Carlson-Lillemoen Funeral Home Staff is not involved in any memorial services.  

Cremation with a Celebration of Life Gathering (visitation) up to four hours.  We will assist with filing the death certificates, all necessary permits, cemetery planning. Includes a proportionate share of basic professional services of funeral director and staff, initial transfer of deceased within a 25 mile radius to funeral home, one private family viewing (if desired), basic cardboard alternative container and crematory fee. Does NOT include other merchandise (urn, memorial folders etc.) cash advances (medical examiner coroner approval fee, death certificates, etc.) as selected or required.

Carlson-Lillemoen Funeral Home Staff is not involved in any memorial services. 

​Includes a proportionate share of basic professional services of funeral director and staff, initial transfer of deceased within a 25 mile radius to funeral home, basic cardboard alternative container, crematory fee and filing of death certificate and all necessary permits. Add other merchandise (urn, memorial folders, etc.), cash advances (coroner approval fee) as selected or required.

This package does not include: placement or assistance of obituaries, planning of any services, cemetery arrangements, any other assistance.     

These packages have been created to help provide an idea of what to expect in the costs of a funeral or memorial service. We encourage you to make an appointment with us to discuss your wishes. We are flexible and can meet with you at our funeral home or in your home; which ever is most convenient for you. Once we meet we can then provide you with a detailed estimate based on your wishes.
